I'm new to the checking my cervix. How exactly do I know if my cervix feels open or closed? That's the one part I just dont understand.

yeah havent tried it but depending if preg or not i will do more next month, my pms is due on 11/30, most my psysmptoms r going down is that good sighn or not?
