Positive ovulation test cd 13 but lotion like cm later that day could I still have ovulated?

I got a positive ovulation test on an OPK at cd 13 I usually ovulate on cd 14. I got the positive early in the morning. Ever since the end of the day on cd 13 I have had creamy CM and still have it at cd 15. Shouldn't it change after I ovulate and not before or during? Does this mean I may not have ovulated? Also last cycle I had a positive ovulation test for a couple days but this time It wasn't even positive for a day. Any input on if i may have ovulated or not? Not sure if it matters but I had an early miscarriage last cycle.
