My lh has been surging for a week.. Possible pregnancy sign?

10 days ago I believe I ovulated, as opk was positive, I had a lot of ferning and ovary pain, however minimal cervical mucus. At 4-8 dpo had loads of cm, pulling/Twinges etc then at 7dpo I had further pains and thought it may be implantation cramps. I have been testing with hpt's which have been negative though opk tests are still saying my lh is surging - I don't understand! Did I ovulate when I though I did and could I be pregnant or is my cycle just out this month??
