Sharp/ stabbing pains!! Good news?

I'm having these sharp/ stabbing/ pulling/ pinching pains in my lower abdomen since last night after BDing and today. Is this a good sign?? I've had back ache for 2 or 3 days now. I'm 11 dpo. Been very emotional, vivid dreams. Boyfriend said my cervix felt really low last night during BD. I just don't know whats going on this is my first time TTC. in our 3rd cycle. Fingers crossed

Well that certainly sounds like you could be but the only way to know is to test, you can try now or wait til af is due in 2 days.
