Ovulation test

ready to give up,
months of stress, my hairs falling out yesterday my entire back tooth fell out! I can't think about anything but this and don't even know if I ovulated yet. The stress of never knowing is killing me.
Don't think I can put myself through another month :(

Idk? I don't have pcos & I'm not pregnant. Got a negative opk this morning at 10.am (third test up) & then it looks positive the bottom test ? Taken at 2pm
I thought I'd ovulated on the 23rd

Using tools. Trying to pin point when/if I ovulated
I'm cramping and have increased cm & just feel like I'm ovulating but today's test at the bottom is negative :-/

UpdateDid another one a few hours later & it was positive !?

I've ovulated 4 TIMES according to these.

LH is always apparent in is & increases after eating somthing or drinking a coffee apparently!!
Maybe that's why they're always so strong.
I've changed to decaf for the past ten days but it hasn't made any difference according to this picture. Thinking these tests are pretty much useless.
