Have been having sharp pains in my left ovary since the 31st and a dull ache overall. I JUST FOUND A PEA SIZED LUMP on the RIGHT ovary!? I can feel it from the outside

Also, is it too late to BD & possibly conceive or am I now past my fertile phase?
