not sure dpo. gave birth 7 weeks ago to twins at 22 weeks who didnt survive. Freaking out didn't think I could have it naturally as scarred tubes.

6dpo and wiped and saw this. Is this a good sign? Cervix higher than yesterday and still soft. Never been pregnant before, any insight much appreciated!
