I know it's an US, but I see a black circle in my uterus. Anyone good with reading Ultrasounds? Is that a gestational sac? No AF since 7/2, neg or light hpts. I took pic in room after tech left, waiting on results.

ok so after three days this week of surging with blaring positives and yesterday a voted negative thinking i was coming off the ovulation, i take one with smu today and it looks positive? thoughts?
