Thats what I would do. I always Let it build up so I don't have to worry about it being weak or diluted. Not sure if thats the right answer though :-)

With both my kids I felt like I was getting ready to start my period. It can really throw you off. The waiting game is NOT fun!

Could be either. Sometimes stress will delay your period.
