First U/S only sac?

Yesterday I went to the doctor and had an u/s done. I was about 4 weeks 5 days and he could only see a sac but nothing in it. He said it was a very tiny sac and thinks the reason is because i was too early. He said not to worry just to come back in 2 weeks. I'm scared because in 2008 I had the same thing happen (with a different doctor) at about 7-8 weeks (i think) and it ended in a m/c. Later that year I did have a healthy baby boy! Anyone had this happen with a good ending? I"m still having symptoms-nausea off and on, breasts feels full and sometimes sore and I'm tired. Any ideas?

I'm not pregnant but my dr. did tell me that they can't see anything in the sac until at least 5 weeks but usually it's more like 6 weeks. so i would try not to worry or stress yourself out.

It's pretty common at that early to not find anything in the sac. At about 5 weeks they found a sac and yolk sac but nothing else then at 6 weeks 3 days I came back for another u/s and we were able to see the baby and the heart beat flickering on the screen. At 4 weeks 5 days i had a u/s also at the ER and there was nothing to see besides a small sac that look like the size of a pea. Don't worry totally normal. :)
