5w5d Itchy hands and feet at night

Anyone else experiencing this? 'intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy' (ICP). It sounds like it *may* be this but it looks like this usually kicks in around 3rd trimester. It's mostly the tops of my knuckles on my hands, my toe joints, and the arch of my feet. What did you do to get rid of this? It keeps me up at night.
