I'm at 9 DPO and I'm going CRAZY trying to wait. I had a chemical pregnancy last month and I'm so hoping that this month is different. This would be #2 for us, #1 took almost 2 years to conceive so things are very difficult for us. We've only been trying since December of 2016 so it hasn't been as long this time, but I just wish it was as easy for us as it is for others. We've been through all of the testing and there is nothing wrong with either of us besides some hormone things (very mild). Just enough to throw everything off! I cut out caffeine entirely this month and started working out for 30 minutes 3-5 times a week. I hope this works!!!

I check my CP a couple of times a day so I don't know really how to pinpoint any signs of pregnancy. Also, since me and Google are bff's I've read each woman is different as far as CP and the texture and all that good stuff. I still check though. I do check my cm as well. When I first started checking CP Estee I would squat down and use my index and middle finger and goes as far as I can. You should be able to feel something semi-hard that stops you going any further up (your cervix). I hope I explained that good. Sorry I'm no help with temping.

Well now I'm worrying myself. Just had a bunch of EWCM after my workout. I'm hoping I didn't miscalculate my day, I've already burnt out DH on BDing.

This is our first cycle TTC since our MC in late January.

td0203- So sorry you had such a hard time with the first, I hope this is your month!

KhaosF it could just be extra discharge, if you had intercourse in the last 24 hours your body also could be cleaning out. Or if pregnant you can start having more discharge! Don't let it worry you.

Khaos- it might just be that all the movement made it move further down. I would try to BD anyway just to make sure, though.

td0203- did you cut out caffeine completely? I do drink 1 cup of coffee a day and my doc told me it's ok. Were you given different info? If it helps anything i'll cut it out completely (i'd rather hold on to it if i can because I love my coffee).

esteeflwrpot I cut it out entirely! I was a coffee-holic before this month. I'm talking 3-4 cups a day. I read a book called "Making Babies" and it said that coffee (not just caffeine) could cause issues for certain people. I thought, Hey! It's worth a shot. If it works, great..if it doesn't, it didn't hurt me any!

I'll let you know in less than a week when I finally break down and test!

Interesting! I cut back on coffee this month because of weight loss reasons but I wonder if it helped! lol

Hmmmm I didn't know coffee hinders TTC. I don't drink near as much as I used to but hey whatever helps right!

I drink maybe a cup a day right now, but before it was a good 2-3 cups. But I drank coffee with I got pregnant with my two other kids so...

Yeah I drank coffee with my other two too. Not as much as I do now but I did have a cup every now and then
