Brown spotting around a week after AF ? Need answers !

Okay let's get to it
{ recap } : Last month , I had a 35 day cycle for the first time ! { my average cycle : 22-25 days } . A clear blue confirmed for me on CD3 of this cycle that I wasn't pregnant . Since CD13 of last month my cervix has continued to stay High , Soft , And Closed ! EVEN WHEN I HAD AF ! I can't believe it tbh . but I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms except scabbing breast and some type of white particles coming from my nipples . so Since CD13 of this cycle I have been spotting brown ! Sometimes its only when I wipe and sometimes it comes in gushes . I just need some input ! Oh and today when peeing it was a little irritating . one more thing : ever since my period has ended I've gotten a headache and risebin my temperature every night ! Me and my bf did in fact has sex on the last day of my AF because I was only spotting ! Help anyone ?
