Family went to breakfast then we did some shopping.

I just used the restroom and I'm bleeding. First thought was nonononoonoooo

I just called the nurse and am waiting back. I know this could be normal but I'm still nervousim 5 weeks 1 day. Bright red blood was the last thing I wanted to see!!! More than spotting but not heavy like a period. No cramping.

Ok she called as I wrote. I have to keep an eye on it. Probably just normal. But omg terrifying.

Dietician,

That is so scary. I know that is the LAST scenario you wanted to happen this weekend. Try not to get too overwhelmed or freaked out (easier said than done). Im sure it will end up being nothing to be too concerned about! Please keep us posted!

Ive come back to update.. i am 5w3d & had some spotting a few days ago.. i wiped & had red blood then after that light spotting of old blood. Its way less today so really hope its going away. I had bloods done 3 days ago & then done yesterday & will find out Tuesday about the progression.. i had an ultrasound done Thursday & can see sac & the lil baby its barely noticeable but its there. Im feeling better since im not spotting as much. Been experience more morning sickness but not much. Bbs still sore but mainly nipples. Still bloated & gassy. Im on 10 days of bed rest & 3 wks of pelvic rest til dr says other wise..
I hope everyone is doing well.. I'll update Tuesday on how my lil bub is doing. I'm very curious on what my hcg levels are at!

I'm still bleeding. It's a lot less now. No major clots. No cramping but still bright red. I'm essentially on modified bed rest. It stinks but it's better than the alternative.

Thought I'd give an update. I was bleeding through pads so my nurse had me come in for an ultrasound and beta.

They couldn't find anything on the ultrasound (vaginal). No egg sac. They wanted to check for ectopic too. They couldn't see anything but blood flow, a cyst, thick lining, and a dark mass the Dr said she thought could be the pregnancy ending going through my cervix.

The Dr essentially feels I'm having a miscarriage but isn't sure.
They called back and my hcg is now 6000+. Nurse said that's a good number but don't get any false hope.

But you know what? After I cried and was an emotional wreck I thought 1. They didn't think I was going to make it this far because my low first hcg and 2. It might just be too early to see anything if I'm 5 w 2 d. I might actually be less than that by a few days.

I'm preparing for the worst but I'm not giving up just yet. I'm worried but after reading other's similar experiences, I'm going to just wait and see since I'm not in any pain.

Dietitian, I am really sorry to hear what you are going through. I have my fingers crossed that it isn't a MC!

So I am now over 13 weeks and still having morning sickness, well evening sickness. I really don't understand, has anybody else experienced this?

Dietitian I know exactly what your going through.
I'm going through the same thing.
It is the worst feeling ever.
Saturday night I was shocked to see red blood
I then bled through to Sunday morning and it stopped I had blood taken on the Sunday and my levels returned at 10,400 from 3,964 four days previous.
So they said I was on track and nothing to worry about as bleeding is common.
As hrs as it is I tried not to stress.
I then didn't bleed all day Sunday but Sunday night I was heavy bleeding to and from the toilet every 5-10 minutes it was like a heavy period losing so much blood but no clots and no pain.
Still bleeding Monday morning I spent the day in ED yesterday.
Had bloods returned and my hcg had gone up since Sunday.
Had an US and we could see the sack but no heart beat, whet with thought I had measured at 6 weeks my sac size said I was only 5.
They could see all the blood and said its very concerning and looks like I'm going to miscarriage however I hadn't lost it at this point the amount of blood is not good and it's basically a waiting game now.
They did say some people do go on to produce a healthy baby but it's not looking good for me.
This is horrible and was a shock considering this one was going so so well up untill Saturday night :,(
Hang in there Dietitian I'm with you and in trying to be positive.

I wish you all the best. I was so excited to get pregnant for the very first time in my 30's after years of trying.

Unfortunately, have a cervical pregnancy and it's not safe to continue with my pregnancy.

I hope you all never have to be in a situation like mine. Good luck on your pregnancies.

Spent a few days away from technology and it felt good. All is going well with me and baby as far as I know. Today is 5w4d and 2 weeks from tomorrow will be our first appointment!

I am so so very sorry for what you are going through. I know you must be in such a difficult place and I sure wish things would have gone differently for you. I pray that you will conceive again soon and that all will go well for you and baby. :'(
