So Ladies, Just had my 20 week scan! All is well and he is now starting to lay down some fat. No abnormalities to report which I am so relieved at He is still wriggling around a lot which is good and the kicks are getting stronger every day
Officially in maternity clothes now lol
I am now trying to organise the have the Whooping Cough Vaccine so I can give my little boy the best start in life even if it is going to cause me some discomfort.

Laar, glad your 12 week scan went well. I remember seeing mine and she was all wriggly and moving. That was an exciting development.

Sezzy, how exciting that you've done your anatomy scan already. Happy to know everything's good!

AFM, I'm heading to my 15 weeks and symptoms are a bit waning but still there. I can't wait to eat like a normal person. so far, I've lost weight. Can't complain though since I can still fit in some of my clothes.

How's everybody doing?

Hi Ladies,

How is everyone? Long time no speak (type)

I am starting to walk a bit funny now with my growing bump

Has anyone felt a kick yet?

I have 17 weeks to go, I hope they fly by

Hi Sezzy, I have not felt the kicks yet. Can't wait for that feeling!

I'm now 16 weeks going to 17 weeks and man, nausea is still there from time to time. Thankfully, it's not every time. But now, I'm having sciatica pain and I've only gained 2 lbs so far. I just can't imagine what it will in be a few weeks. I have a relatively small frame and so every pound gain takes a toll on my body I guess. I'm scheduled for the anatomy scan in early October and I'm excited for that!

How's everybody?

Hi Winter!

I am 23 weeks tomorrow and have bit of back pain but not too bad. Baby is definitely making himself known by kicking and pushing his feet out lol. Very sweet but not so comfortable for me.
Starting to get things in place now, antenatal classes booked and started clothes shopping. There is just so much to get and remember ha ha ha!

Please make sure you keep in touch x

Sezzy, do you have to count the kicks or something? I hope the rib kicking and bladder kicking is manageable. I'm glad you're scheduling the classes now. I feel overwhelmed by all of it. I just scheduled a tour in the hospital birthing center for this Sunday.

Ha ha ha winter, no I don't have to count them. Don't think I would be able to if I tried. You just wait, only a few more weeks and what you thought were flutters or wind you'll realise were your little baby.
You will manage to sort it all out eventually like I have, it just takes time. Any advice that I can give you then I will

Thank you Sezzy! I can't wait to finally feel her. Btw, when did your round ligament pain started? I sometimes wonder what is part of the process pain and what is abnormal pain...Oh, how's the nursery going? Is it done?

I started getting ligament pain at around 16 weeks and at first it felt like mild period pains and I was really worried to begin with but it's just natural.
We haven't even started the nursery yet we have been using the baby room as a dumping ground whilst we renovate the bathroom but hoping to start in the next couple of weeks before I get too big.
