Clomid Periods (maybe TMI)

Hello all! So I just finished my first round of Clomid and it ended up being unsuccessful. I got my period this morning...

Anyway... my period was a little bit weird and I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this...
Last night it was some (TMI) brown/reddish sludge type stuff...and then this morning I got a full on period-- dark red/brown stuff but it only really happens when I wipe or mostly brown if there is discharge. It is fairly light, since it only seems heavy when I wipe, and I am worried that it will be basically be non-existent by tomorrow.

I am so sorry this is all gross but I need to know...I can't seem to find an answers so I was wondering if any other ladies have had weird periods with Clomid?

I know that it can thin the uterine lining but when I got a u/s four days after I ovulated the doctor said I was at 10mm. Could my uterine lining have thinned after this?

I am worried to do Clomid another cycle as I know it has adverse side effects with uterine lining/cm/etc.

Has anyone gone onto a second round of Clomid and had better periods after or did it worsen?

Also, if anyone knows..do follicle sizes change with each dosage?? I had big follicles this last time which I think, along with the uterine lining, could have caused my BFN but who knows..

I am a bit worried to do a second round of Clomid but it seems like it has high success rates so maybe after this round and if it doesn't work, I will take break.
Anyway, sorry if this is so long but I can't stop thinking about it...
