New to this

For the first cycle of TTC, my new hubby and I just crossed our fingers and didn't really do too much. Today is the first day of AF (sadly) and now I want to know what extra steps have you all taken or are taking to conceive, such as charting, softcups, baby aspirin, and the million more things us women can do. I am determined this will be our month!

You ovulate 14 days after the start of your period so if you period started on the 1st on the 14th you ovulate. You will know u are ovulating because of the charting and u will have more cervical mucous than normal and feel more aroused than normal. You can also google ovulation calculator and put in the start of your period and it tells u when u ovulate!
