positive opk at 13dpo

I had a positive opk on cd11, HOWEVER, i just had a temp rise the past few days starting around cd22-23 and today on cd25 (what i thought was 13dpo) i recieved another positive opk...and a negative hpt......what could this mean?

Did u test between those days? Ur chart looks like u have just O'd a cpl days ago.

i had thought i had already o'd so i didnt think anything of it...but since my temps shot up, i decided to take another one...this test line is much darker than the control line
