Anyone else had similar symptoms

Hi all, I'm currently 8dpo, I'm trying to be hopeful that this is my month but it's so hard. Anyways, for the last few days I've had pretty bad wind (both ends, sorry) spots of dizziness and nausea, but they've not been too bad, mild pulling\' cramping and my books have been having a completely new feeling. Usually around this time they are so sore my husband can't even hug me, this month they're more sensitive and tingly, that's the best way I can describe it anyway. I've had the odd stabbing pain today too. I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced similar and got a positive result
