Just found out I'm pregnant but worried

I am so so excited to be pregnant, it's a bit of a double edged sword though because this time last year I had an ectopic pregnancy.
I'm worried and scared to let myself get too excited in case I have a repeat of what I went through. I'm currently about 4 weeks 6 days and having pains in my right side (the side of the ectopic) and pains in my lower back. I know that these can be perfectly normal but there is this niggling voice telling me it's another ectopic. Any advice greatly appreciated

Hang in there.....aren't ectopics a lot more painful? Dull pain is ok.....I had that with my first pregnancy and my daughter was fine- born at term!
