Missed period, negative test?

My husband and I have been trying to have our second baby since Feb. of this year. My last period was in September. I have not had one the entire month of October. I have very sore/tender breasts/nipples, I have a cramping sensation in the lower right side of my abdomen. About 2 weeks before my chest became tender, I had a large amount of white/creamy discharge. I am getting random waves of nausea (at night). However, every time I take a pregnancy test it keeps saying negative. Is it possible to still be pregnant? I have a very regular period, so for me to not have one all month, that's not normal. I don't know if I'm taking the test too soon, or if I should try another brand (used ClearBlue). Any help would be amazing!

How many days late are you? Are your cycles pretty regular, like do you ever skip, cycle length varies? One it could be too soon, try taking another test in three days, if it's still negative and no AF call your doctor for a blood test just to be sure! Good luck! :)

I'm going on about 2 weeks late. Mine are regular, never skipped before.
