When to take OPK
AF is due tomorrow. I have all sorts of BFP symptoms, but only negative HPTs. I went off BC in march, but i don't think i am ovulating, so i ordered opk kit. I have never taken them, and i have no idea when to start. I have a 26 day cycle. Anyone have any advice?

The instructions will tell you when to start taking them based on cycle length. I think you would start the first day your off your period. I just started using these last month. At first, I was only doing it in the morning but as the days passed my fiance suggested doing it at night too. I'm glad he did because I got my first positive at night. This cycle I plan to do it 3 times a day when it gets closer to my time of ovulation.
