4 days from expected period, painful nipples

So, i have PCOS, this is my third cycle of Metformin, and for two days now my nipples have been so painful they can't be touched. my boobs usually hurt the day before my period, but my nipples have never hurt before. anyone else have this and get a BFP?

I get sore nips right after ov lasting until AF. It is a symptom of progesterone building up in your system. It could be a positive pregnancy symptom, but it also occurs as a symptom of pms. So it can't really be trusted as a early pregnancy sign.

I've been pregnancy before and I don't remember how I felt before I tested but I remember this nipple pain during pregnancy. I have NEVER had it before my period. Ever.
