Feeling Frustrated

I'm almost twenty six years old, I have an eight year old, and my husband and I are trying for number 2. We seem to be having a very very very difficult time this go around. Did I mention my husband is 60 years old? I'm becoming frustrated and depressed. We really want another little bundle, and we miscarried 2 months ago. Time does not seem to be on our side. Anyone else out there having some frustration about conceiving baby number 2?!

I am but I have not been trying very long. I've changed my diet for about 4 months trying to conceive. My husband and I have both been checked and the problem seems to be me.

I've just had IUI which was way cheaper than IVF and an easy and painless procedure. I had a child two years ago.

Maybe you both should get checked. My husband is taking zinc one a day and I am taking a prenatal, royal jelly and CoQ10

Good luck I really hope it happens for you both :)

You should definitely both get checked for fertility issues... but something easier to try is Maca Root. You can both take it, but it is proven to be fairly effective for men (as much as any supplement is proven).

Google it to find out more. I take it to try to help regulate my hormones, and it gives me a little extra energy, I just mix it into my AM cup of coffee.

Best of luck.
