Implantation Bleeding or Something Else?

We have been trying for several years to conceive our second child, earlier this year I was taking clomid. However, these last few months we haven't been as active in our trying. This month I used OPK and I had ovulated around the 17th, which makes me 9 days past ovulation. Today I wiped after peeing and I had some light streaks, not even enough for me to consider a light period. Just a few drops, but it only happened once. I am being treated for an infection, but I was wondering could this have been implantation?
