Opinions on my chart?

I had to post this again, because the previous link didn't work!

This is my first ovulatory cycle charting. I O'd on 6/9. I have very irregular periods (PCOS). So, I was just curious on some opinions about my chart. My Acupuncturist was happy with how it looked, but I just was curious on other women's thoughts!
