I just started bbt charting this month as well. Was on birth control for 10 years and had three month cycles so I know my cycle is going to be off for a while. I'm on 3po today and ovulated later than expected but happy I ovulated I was afraid that I wasn't going to this month. I thought I ovulated last week when after charting realized I really didn't. I'm just trying to learn how by body is going to adapt.

Hi Gip! I was also on th pill for 10 years. I hope your cycles arent as wobky as mine as it has taken at least 9 mnths for me to regulate. I find without ewcm and bbt charting and opk testing i am lost. I managed to temp first thing this morning and got a 99.4 f i am 5dpo which is hifher than when i ovulated. What cd are you on? Are your temps all over the place like mine? I am not sure what happens with temping after ovulating but it seems to be going up and down in temp everyday.
