pregnacy symptons or its all in head ???

i have irregular periods my last period was the 12 th july [normal] . the past couple of days i have been feelin sick all day very tired more than usuall backache runny nose increased waterty in my underwear [ like i wet myself but i havent lol] sorry for so much detail. i done a test cheap one it was a very very faint postive . goin to buy first response 2mra . just need to know if its me or i am :)
