4weeks pregnant period like cramps

Hi I had miscarriage 6 weeks ago and found out the other day im pregnant again 4 weeks. I think. Today been having period like cramps and just getting worried as don't want to through another miscarriage. Just hard not to worry please help

I'm 3w6d I have this too. I also had it with my first pregnancy which ended in a miscarriage. Frankly I'm terrified too. I know cramping in early pregnancy is normal because everything is stretching around and getting ready for everything, but it's bringing back bad memories.
