Based on my prior cycles I might ovulate on Thursday.
I am using OPKs and so far they are negative. Also, I purchased OvaCue fertylity monitor to help me understand my cycles a bit more since I have random spotting that can last up to a week.
Also, I am going to see a doctor about that on Wednesday so hopefully soon I will find some answers.
My EDD is October 30.

GB:
I do 3 sets of temperature measurement and they are not that far apart usually. the first one is usually a bit higher (maybe because when my alarm clock rings I make a sudden movement to shut it up ;)
but they are usually very close. I try to be as accurate as possible with my temperatures that is why I do it 3x.
Most likely it is not necessary but I am a freak that needs to have everything perfect

My ultrasound showed hairlike follicles around my ovary and the dr said it seems like I have PCOS but it's not confirmed and he's hooking me up with fertility specialist and I am now waiting for the fertility specialist call me to make an appointment and then we'll go from there I feel pretty deflated and discouraged and upset

GB:
Don't be discouraged. You will have a baby one day. Don't worry. You will talk to a specialist and it might turn out that the Dr. was wrong or possibly some meds will help you. I don't know that much about PCOS but I will keep you in my prayers girls.

Hello, Ladies!! My ultrasound and appointment went well. Little one measures 6w5d...only one day younger than I thought! The heartbeat is a strong, steady 127 bpm and it implanted in the left side of my uterus. EDD 9/24/14!

Next appointment is 5 weeks away!! AHHHH!! They said to call if I had any concerns though.

thanks for the kind words and advice ladies. it got me today. i guess my horrible mood was me knowing what was about to happen.

@kara - Congrats! That's a great report! Glad to hear it. Fingers crossed little one keeps growing strong!

clf - unfortunately the odds of you being pregnant at that point would be super low. either stress is delaying AF and/or your DPO estimation is off. sorry hun :(

jpm - it's interesting you say your symptoms disappeared. that happened to me this last cycle so i figured i had to be out. it's nice to know that maybe you aren't if that happens :) when's the next blood test to see if your number doubles or triples??

sydnergy - i made it to 17DPO this last cycle thanks to the progesterone suppositories. unfortunately i had BFN's on 13 and 16DPO. if you're like me, i just wanted AF to hurry the heck up so i could get the next cycle going. baby dust to you!

five - i'm so sorry :( dang AF!!! especially w/those symptoms!!! tons of baby dust to you that this is THE cycle!

GB - depending on where you read, you want at least 5 hours of solid sleep before you take a temp. of course want about the same time each day. I've noticed my temp seems to increase by 0.1 degrees per 1/2 hour more of sleep i get. why did you have a bellybutton bleed? issue with the falciform ligament or liver? hope you check out ok, especially thyroid, it's so annoying when that dang thyroid is messed up! sorry about the hairlike things by your ovaries. i'm also a PCOS suspect, but i'm hoping not, she's only going off my family history though. apparently there's blood tests we could do but i'm putting them off for now, cuz honestly i don't think i could take it if we find ANOTHER health problem i have. i hope the fertility doc has better news for you and nothing to fret over!

nicole - 9DPO is still early, so baby dust to you :)

brownstone - welcome :) i'd test if you miss AF, but if you're like most of us you cave in early :) baby dust!!!

koti - i feel like there's 2, TWW's!! waiting to test, then dang AF shows up, then a TWW to O time, then next TWW... i feel i live my life in 2 week increments! but i must say, i've gotten great sleep during my AF because there ain't crap i can do, so just gotta be calm and sleep :)

AFM, CD5. just took my 3rd dose of clomid. so far i don't think any side effects from it. had started getting sick just before AF showed, but now seems to be only a head cold. getting some great sleep even with being sick. trying to figure out how to keep calm this cycle. also i think my plan is to BD LESS, yes you heard me. even tho DH has a great SA (which was a 2.5 day hold), i think the every day thing for that long kills us. so i'm thinking maybe CD 10 (my 30th bday!!), CD12, and then maybe CD14, 15, and 16. around CD 14/15 should be O time. when we do too much day to day both of us get tired and DH can have difficulty finishing, so this may be our plan. FX'd for us :)
