sugar: lack of folate is associated with birth defect, if nothing else, you should be taking your prenatals and folate no matter what. These should be taken for 3-6 months before you get pregnant.
Sorry you feel sick, but I hope it is all good symptoms :) got my fingers crossed for you, can wait for your test :)

Hey, I'm new to this website, and forum. I'm hoping to join the September club! Took a test today, and after about 2 minutes I *thought* I saw a faint line, but wasn't sure. I went to my bed to relax, and wait another few minutes before looking at the test again, and before I knew it, I had fallen asleep for 2 hours. I checked the test, and there was a definite line. I would be excited except it's been 2 hours since taking the test, and I'm having PMS-like cramps. Here's to hoping!

@kotikd - Good luck with your results!! I'm CD16 today and I believe I ovulated on the 29th, which would make me 4DPO today. I plan to test on the 17th if AF doesn't show up by then. REALLY hoping I get my first BFP this month!

Thanks everyone. Just frustrating. Tried to keep in perspective this was my first cycle in actually trying. I had carpal tunnel surgery on 11/26 so we waited to start trying until last month. You just want to be pregnant bad enough to believe any symptom is an early pregnancy symptom. So for now just just going to relax and look forward to next month.

Hi everyone! I've been MIA because of the holidays! Happy New Year!!!
I haven't taken the time to fully catch up with everyone, but I see we have a few newbies and I want to give a huge Welcome to you all!

Sorry for anyone that got caught up with AF!
AFM- I'm CD14 today. I've been doing OPK's for the last 5 days and CD11 seemed the closest to +. The rest were definitely not + at all. My temps seem like I O'd so far although, I haven't gotten my CH's yet. I'm thinking I will get them in the next day or so. If I did O on CD11, that would be extremely early for me. I've never O'd before CD16. However, I did take SI again this cycle and moved my days up to CD2-6 from CD3-7 which, usually moves O day up a little. I haven't really had any EWCM yet. A little watery CM though. I have no idea what's going on here. I'm not really that concerned to be honest. I don't feel like getting myself all worked up. Next cycle (if there is one) we will go back to monitoring and IUI (most likely) so I'm kind of counting on that more than this cycle.

2 faint positive at 9-10dpo, all my symptoms during the past days were promising, i had what they called implantation spotting the last 2 days and ceased today. Here's hoping for a September baby!! Yay!! Will test on Sunday and update y'all :)

hello ladies......HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Well ladies CD32 and no AF yet hoping for a bfp soon but don't want to get my hopes up have been disappointed in the past...as of today I have not tested I'm trying to wait at least 1 week after AF was suppose to show...AF was suppose to be here yesterday

Hi everyone! i am new to this forum, and very excited. Today i am 9dpo and i'm very anxious to take the test.. hoping for the biggest positive i can get. It is our first time trying and very hopeful to be blessed with our Christmas miracle. Af is supposed to arrive in 4 days. eehhh!
