I know I just disappeared off the August board. I'm just checking to say that I'm still here. AF showed up 3 days early on Saturday. I think I'm so used to her coming that I'm not even upset anymore. I'm still on track for an IUI in February.

I wish everyone good luck and baby dust for a September baby.

While: I am not familiar with Standard Process, I never saw it here, maybe it is not sold in Canada. I did go on their website and from what I see it looks like it is folic acid, not folate.
Here is a good folate source (real folate is L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate): http://www.aor.ca/testing/products-page/products-list/biofolate-4/
There is also an Advanced B Complex from that company that has 1000mcg of folate and B vitamins.

2more4: I apologize if this sounds harsh, it is not my intention, I just worry about everyone. "any prenatal and omega 3" doesn't always work, if you pee out all of it then you did nothing by taking them all that trouble for nothing :(.
I hope you will consider wholefood prenatals and liquid fish oil to make sure that what you take does the job. As for trouble taking pills, swallow them with food or a shake, goes down easier.
I hope your DH will go to acupuncture too :)

Thank-you all so much for your warm congratulations. Unfortunately, I miscarried this morning. Devastated and heart broken don't even begin to describe how my husband and I feel. My RE wants us to try an IUI next, but I honestly don't know if I have anything left. DH wants to keep going, but I don't know if I have it in me.

My fertile period is next week, it is going to be an interesting week.. Trying to relax. Any suggestions on what i should be eating to help w/ conception during my fertile week.
