Inositol And Metformin. Anyone else taking it?
I been TTC for 11 months now. Had a mc 13 months ago. Before that unable to get pregnant for 4 years. I have PCOS. This is my first month of taking Inositol with Met.
6g Inositol
1000mg Metformin
400mg Folic Acid
Anyone taking Inositol? Both? Or all three?

I've just started taking inositol, read many good things about it (not just for ttc, but it's also great for mood and anxiety). I'm starting at a low dose and working my way up.
I'm surprised you're taking such a low dose of folic acid? I've heard a min of 1000mg is best (i'm taking 5000mg)
