Getting Fustrated

Hello all i am a 25 year old with 2 son's, one living, and one passed away at birth 4-24-2011 due to the attending hospital giving him and pitocin(upper) and breathine (downer) when i was 10cm dilated, but it caused his organs to hemmorage... But my concern now is i have a regular period same time everymonth with the exception of this month i started yesterday march 28th and normally it between the 1st and 6st never late, we are doing nothing to prevent getting pregnant. What am i doing wrong.?
