Quick BBT question...

Earlier this month I had one "fluke" day, where I got less than 4 hours of sleep...and had a little bit of alcohol to drink (don't judge me) ;) ... Should i disregard this temperature and just make a note? I mean - it was a HUGE peak - up from 96.8 to 97.9. I removed it and actually got a coverline... Is this ok to do in the future?
