Cramps mostly on the left side...worried

I am about 5 weeks pregnant and have had cramps ( mostly on my left side) ever since my IUI. They got worse after I found out I was pregnant ( although I was stressing a lot soooo? ) and then they decreased when I started drinking more water and eating crackers throughout the day. I feel it in the same spot almost always and that why I am worried. I have my u/s in 2 days and I am so worried that they are going to tell me its a ectopic pregnancy. Has anyone else experienced this. Oh an no bleeding what so ever.

It's really hard to say. With my last pregnancy my doctor wanted me to go to the ER if I had pain on only one side. Have you done your ultrasound yet? I hope the best for you.

All is well:) I have a perfectly healthy baby bean. Apparently clomid can over stimulate your ovaries and cause cramping as things go back to normal. Thank goodness!!! I say if your stressing about it though damand an early ultrasound. I was hesitant to do so because we'll I'm not used to being demanding but ... This is my baby!!! I feel much better now and less stress will be good for the baby. I hope you get good news too!!

I have had lower, left-sided pain since ovulation. I was on Clomid too, so I assumed it was the cause. Any cramping in early pregnancy can be worrisome, though.
