Ovulation pain after O??
Hi Ladies,
I am 6dpo today and last night I had some cramping and while I was working out I had what felt like the pains I have when I ovulate, it was on both sides though? I ovulated on the 15th and had major O pains on both sides this time...anyone else experience this? Also, this was the first month ever that I had sore and extremely sensitive breasts and nipples BEFORE ovulation and it has maintained since. I know I ovulated on the 15th because my temp rose on the 16th and stayed high and i had two positive OPK on Friday the 14th and Saturday the 15th.
Anyone have some insight? :)
