15 dpo promising symptoms?

I'm about 15 dpo and af was supposed to come on the 4th ( no af yet!). I had some brown spotting at 7dpo and then nothing. My ezcema is back with a vengence after being absent for 10 years, my emotions are all over the place, I've been crying like crazy which is unusual for me. headache, had some cramps for a couple of days but they have gone, was sick to my stomach this morning. Anyone have these type of symptoms and get a BFP? how much longer should I wait to test? any response would be great!
