Seriously painful pain

I am 11 dpo with three BFNs under my belt so far~ both my DD 's showed up early. Tonight I am having a sharp stabbing pain In an area my dic just looked at on Friday. It's like a gas pain but if I pass any, no relief... I'm nervous.
