Could this work?

Just woundering if anybody else has or is trying yoga to help with their fertility. I've just brought a Yoga dvd entitled: Yoga 4 fertility and gave it a go today. Most of it is standerd Yoga but there are some more interesting ideas used. I say ideas as they are not really posses. I just hope that my neighbours couldn't see me through their window otherwise they might have thought I was a little weird. Hoping it helps me anyway.

I've been starting yoga, with the thinking that it will help me relax and improve my overall health. I'm just learning and I haven't tried any poses that are specifically indicated for fertility. It can't hurt though, right!

Precisely, anything has to be worth a try. I'm very interested in seeing if this works as relaxation is suposed to play a large part in conception. This could be very interesting.
