How many dpo are you? Have you taken a test? When is AF due?
I bled with a couple of my pregnancies in early pregnancy and the rest of the pregnancy was normal and uneventful. Hoping this is the case with you.

Take a test!! Maybe implantation??

@DsLee79 I think I am Dpo 2. That was my concern. I took a test, it was BFN. I dont think implantation can be this soon. My AF is due 6th May.

Usually implantation spotting would not last 5-6 days, is it enough to require changing a pad/tampon? If so I'd say it's probably AF has come early. Do you temp to confirm ovulation?

@beckuhg no, I notice it when I wipe with a tissue.

Sometimes when your body tries to ovulate but doesn't, it will reset itself by giving you another period. I've had this happen a time or two. Could this be what's happening?

@Jessica3282 It was nothing like a period. Waiting to see if I miss my periods this month. I will know exactly what happened.
