Help in understanding follicles

Hi everyone,

I had my follicle ultrasound today at day 11 of my cycle. It was my first cycle of Letrozole with no trigger shots. I had 12 mm and 9 mm follicles on my left ovary and <10 mm on right. I have PCOS and my estradiol levels came back as 23 pg/ml. I am super depressed that I am out this month. Can someone tell me if there is still hope.
