Faint bfp on ic, when to use frer

13dpo, faint positive on Amazon one step strip tests with 10miu sensitivity. When would you recommend getting/using a frer. I’ve still got a little bit cramp/pressure, boobs are feeling slightly tender and I think I feel a little nauseous, but that could just be shock of actually seeing a line!
