Trying to conceive baby number 3

Ok so I am 9 dpo and freaking out a little
I have so many symptoms but don't want to be optimistic. So I used a clear blue advanced digital test that worked really well and said I ovulated on day 14 of my cycle then on 6dpo I decided to do a cheap ovulation test and received another positive test????? What's that about?
Symptoms so far
Nausea seas of.
Lots of cramping
Bloated
Increased sense of smell
Burning sensation in breasts
Tired but do have 2 young kids
Increased cervical mucus
Gas
And concern about my bello not wanting babies to jump on it

Sometimes you can get a positive OPK when you are pregnant. Hints are really looking good for you Hun. I'd just wait a few ads then take a pregnancy test. X

Thank you for the comment Hun, it's horrible this 2ww merlarkey I am pulling my hair out. I have read that they can pick up on pregnancy but as I have been impatient and done a test I feel that my hope is slipping away???? Fingers crossed X
