Whats going on?!

Today by far has been one of the most unexplainable/stressful/anxiety filled days of my life. For no reason today I was triggered at work into a full blown anxiety attack accompanied by hyperventilating and crying. I am super emotional to say the least. I know I have 4 days before my period starts, but this is like nothing I've ever experienced before. Also, my urine odor was super strong today even though i've been drinking plenty of water. I was also pretty tired.
