CD 1 - Light (morning) to Medium (evening) flow, severe cramps, no clots, mild backache, moody, severe fatigue, PMS, tender breasts.
CD 2 - Medium flow, beyond severe (cringing) cramps, small clots, severe backache, bloating, cervical pain, ovarian pain, frequent urination, flatulence, cry spells, depression, confusion, moodswings.
CD 3 - Heavy flow, mild cramps, medium clots, backache, leg pain, bloating, severe fatigue, itchy skin, acne, tender breasts & sensitive nipples,
