Saw a doctor!!! (5 days after miscarriage)

I finally got to see a doctor and she is AWESOME! Very attentive and has been through several miscarriages herself. She gave me answers to every question! She informed me that baby aspirin has no proven studies that it prevents miscarriage. She assured me I will get pregnant again and the odds of another miscarriage are slim.
Women of Irish or Welch decent with red hair need to take Follicles acid and b vitamins atop their prenatal to prevent clotting of their blood which can cause miscarriage. So I will be starting those soon. I am currently taking evening primrose oil (3000 mg) maca (3 capsules a day) continuing my prenatals, and drinking green tea once a day.
She advised me to take motrin for cramps because it will stop the cramping as well as thin the blood so it doesn't clot and it will get over with quicker. She recommended I don't get pregnant again until I've had one cycle but if I do she isn't too worried about it. She told me a lot more but I can't remember it all right now.
I feel so much better!!

Sounds promising! I heard green tea AFTER you are pregnant can deplete your body of folate, have you heard this? I love green tea and seldom drink it anymore since we are ttc. baby dust!
