Blood test this morning & brownish discharge

I have had bad cramps and lower back pain since Sunday. yesterday when I went to the ladies room, I wiped and there was brownish discharge (sorry for the TMI). since then, every time I wipe there is a discharge. symptoms have subsided today, but still crampy. I had terrible shoot pain yesterday. I didn't have the estrogen pills this morning and didn't do my pegestrone suppository either. if this is the start of my period, then I don't need any more meds. not sure when I will get the blood test results today.

We have 3 frozen embryos. if things don't work out with this cycle, we have 2 to 3 chances of trying again. God I pray that something works. this is essentially our last go at it. we decided, no more treatments after these 3 embryos. no more. 3.5 yrs, 2 miscarriages, countless test an a big strain on our marriage and love life. no more.
