Found a gestational sac and yolk sac!

I had a scan on 6th May and both sacs we found putting me at exactly 5w 4d! Still extremely worried about how things will go from here. My fibroids don't appear to have grown as yet... Though i am in constant pain :(
My next scan is not until the 20th May so praying we see a heartbeat then.... X
