Seems that it is an immune problem.... where sperm are treated by the body as if dangerous and are destroyed.... I wonder if there is an immunologist who specialises in this... maybe you can do some online research?

I know that it cant be treated, its irreversible damage... Just trying to find hope in the 3% chance of conception we have left xxx

we concieved with 75% antisperm antibodies, the month after we were told we needed ivf actually! unfortunatley it ended in miscarriage (blighted ovum) but this had nothing to do with the spem problem so it is possible....dh was taking menevit and we were using preseed lubricant, dont know if this helped but we're trying again with these ;)
